How to make display :0.1 default?

Is there a way I can make KDE default to display :0.1? For example, I want the window that asks how to handle an inserted CD or connected USB device to pop up in my secondary display (:0.1) instead of the primary display (:0.0). This is a dual head video card that I have the TV (1920x1080 LCD) connected to the primary display (for performance) and the secondary display is a small monitor that I use for system stuff. It's a bit inconvenient when my wife is watching TV and I have to wait for a commercial to switch the TV to the computer input before I can answer questions that pop up while I'm working. Any ideas?
