Could not start kdeinit . Check your installation

Help

I ran smartPackage for Suse 10.2 ... and I after I ran the install & Rebooted

Now I am getting this error message on my screen

"Could not start KDEinit. Check your installation" .. Click Okay ..

I click okay and my screen is blank .... Nothing on the screen ... Just blank

Step by step ... What do I do? Thanks
