Javascript error console in Konqueror?

Total Newb to Linux and Konqueror.
Trying to debug some javacript. In setup, i have "Enable error reports" checked, but I cannot locate any kind of error reporting window, as I have in Firefox and Opera.

How do I enable the reporting. Do I need some plug in? I assumed it would be on TOOLS menu, but NOTHING is on my tools menu (in Ubuntu 7.04). Is this just a bug? What is supposed to be there?

Totally lost here, and really need to locate the konqeror specific errors in this script.
