Kpowersave global settings

It is possible to set kpowersave to have same settings for all users, e.g. you could set monitor, suspend to disk values and they would be the same for all users, even if noone is logged in (just kdm running). Mostly I need Suspend-to-disk to be executed after some time, even without users logged in.

Using opensuse 10.2 with kde 3.5.6
