[Kopete] Can't add ICQ contact

Greetings.

I think I have come across this bug:

I use Kopete 0.12.3 ounder KDE 3.5.5 n OpenSUSE 10.2, but the described bug is the exact problem I have.

Does anyone know a workaround?

Is it possible to manually enter an ICQ contact into contactlist.xml?
If so, could a kind person pershaps post the structure of an ICQ contact?
