KTorrent Problems

Hi...bedazed and confused, as the song goes...I've been having wireless net connectivity problems for months that I've finally nailed down to KTorrent. Every time I open KTorrent and start downloads, my router resets (tried it on two different routers...a Linksys and a DLink...DLink resets more often). The resetting knocks everyone off the net while it's in progress, but for about five minutes before the reset, everyone is locked out. Since upgrading to Feisty two weeks ago, now KTorrent won't download for more than a minute or two before it locks everything up.

Any clues? I've just downloaded the most recent KTorrent upgrade and no changes noted.

RE: KTorrent Problems

You could try to limit the number of connections made by KTorrent, you can specify that pretty well in the KTorrent settings.
