classify as spam not working in kmail

Hello All.

I'm using the latest version of kmail. i've had this problem before, and i've been trying both spamass and the bogo filter. i can't seem to figure out why it's not learning what i classify as spam. it doesn't appear to change anything. i've seen this happen in the past and i have no idea what i've done as a work around.

i've tried installing different versions of spamass and bogo with no luck. i've tried blowing away my kmail config files and starting over, nothing which has worked.

any chance someone can help me diagnose the problem?

RE: classify as spam not working in kmail

not sure what is up with this. out of 89 emails this morning only 86 were detected as spam by spamassasin even though i've been classifying messages as spam. the same behavior happens if i setup kmail to use the bogo filters. this is why i think it's an issue with kmail/kontact as opposed to spamass. or bogofilter. does anyone know if there is another filter out there i can try to setup and use?
