How to change themes in Kubuntu?

How to change themes in Kubuntu (Feisty? KDE theme manager won't let me. Also having problem with KDE wallet. I don't remember setting any password! New to KDE.

you can reset kwalletmanager by removing the files/folders ~/.kde/share/config/kwalletrc and ~/.kde/share/apps/kwallet

to change kubuntu kdm theme you have to first edit the /etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc file to read UseTheme=false
running on Debian Etch
