Asking for file permissions

If the current user doesn't have permission to do some local file operation, a window would pop up asking for username and person to perform the operation (like when opening files on an ftp or sftp server).

This would be useful when, for example, you download a binary tarball and want to install as root in some directory.

Of course cautions should be displayed when enabling the feature.
