[ kopete ] emoticons in protocols

i like kopete very much, but...

why i cannot define emoticon for each protocol separate?
i think its useless to have global emoticon set, because if i speak with 3 people from different protocols, i have correct emoticons only in one conversation.

am i so dumb and there is a possibility to set it as i wish?

if not, i beg on my knees all the programmers of kopete, please do it so.
