How to remove drop down arrow from icons

Hi, does anyone knows how to remove those black arrows from the drop down buttons in konqueor, like the icons for Next, Previous, Up... ?

you could try to remove the corresponding icon from $KDEDIR/share/icons

The problem is that the drop down mark is added to the icon by konqueror, it doesn't matter the icon

correct, but that mark is an icon too, superimposed over the konqueror icons...

What you said makes sense, however I couldn't find the icon :-( Went throught all share/icons and apps/konqueror/icons
