how to show all unmounted disk in system:/media protocol

I am using kde as my linux desktop ,and i find when using konqueror to access system:/media protocol ,it only displays the disk which has been mounted(the disk partition
being added into /etc/fstab,mounted by rc.sysinit script),so when you loginto with normal user,
the access right accessing to such partition is not permitted.
Does anyone know how to set something can let system:/media showes all unmounted disk partition?

RE: how to show all unmounted disk in system:/media protocol

Actually, I'm having the exact OPPOSITE problem! I'd like to know how to turn OFF (ie, not display) all UNMOUNTED disks!
