Kate open file order (ordering)

A quick questions about Kate's document display panel:

I like using Kate (on Suse 10.1; KDE 3.5) but as I do a lot of coding I like keeping mouse ussage down to a minimum.
I can flip between open files using "alt + left arrow | right arrow" the problem is that the file order is not very customizable. You basically have 3 options:
- Sort by Opening Order
- Sort by Document Name
- Sort by URL

Most of the times these orderings do not group the files I am currently working with into closely "navigate able" chunks... It would be really good if the order these open files are displayed in could be changed by a simple mouse drag. (Like ultra edit style on MS)

If any body has an alernative solution or know how to make Kate order the open files the custom way I like them ordered...please let me know.

Thanks
william
