RSS news ticker
Hi,
I want a news ticker panel, fetching news from news feed ("RSS") for KDE.
Can someone recommend, or point me in the direction of some software that let me do this, please?

There are two RSS apps in KDE, but since you asked for a panel, my first suggestion would be KNewsTicker. You should install the kdenetwork package in order to make this panel available. An applet named KNewsTicker will appear in the panel list when you add a new one.
For an application like RSS reader I'd suggest Akregator (which is integrated in Kontact as well).
