systray and/or panel always on top

Hi,

trying to optimise the free space of my desktop (for extensive use of Inkscape and Gimp), I want to put my systray and/or panel (very small) on the top right of the desktop.

My min/max/close of th windows are on the right, só i've all the top right free to put some stuff.

So i wnat to konow if is possible to have the systray and/or panel always on top, and covering the active maximized window.

The objective is to have always mu clock, systray and desktop-switcher visibles, without loosing so precious space.

I'm using it on E17 for exemple...

thanx
