kde 3.5.5 control center

I am having the same kde control center menu missing problem. I tried everything I could find on the subject, yet nothing changes. I have no idea what caused this to happen.

Application: kcontrol
Version: 3.5.5
Linux (i686) release 2.6.16.27.tex1.lve
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.1 (Mandrake Linux 9.2 3.3.1-2mdk)

When I tried to Launch Bug Report Wizard, I receive the following message:
"Could not launch browser:
Cound not find service kfmclient"

Looks like your installation is broken.

kfmclient is konqueror

when u want to report a bug, the application you want to report about calls kfmclient to open bugs.kde.org in konqueror
