how to have that look?

Hi,
I would like to have something just like this.

Especially the panel with mouse over growing icons in the bottom.
Would you know if it's a theme, or a special setting of KDE default look?

If you would provide a tutorial on how to get that look, I would be thankfull.
Thank you in advance, and happy new year.

RE: how to have that look?

Looks like a combination of some kde replacements, like superkaramba, gkrellm, slicker etc.

the top panel could be slicker, the bottom panel looks like a superkaramba theme, the widgets on the destkop could be either from gkrellm or superkaramba.
