Unable to have Mac keyboard at startup

Hello,

If I check Mac Keyboard in the System Settings, it is working well.

But when the system start up a new session, I have to go back to check/uncheck the option to make it work again.

Also, I cannot use two different keyboard layouts with this option.

Am I alone with the issue?
