is there jump-or-exec/focus-or-launch available?

I like jump-or-exec of Sawfish very much. For example, I bind Win+E to jump-or-exec to Emacs. Then when I press Win+E , if there's Emacs running, it gets focused, otherwise, a new Emacs is launched. I wonder is there any similar thing in KDE? Thanks!

Never heard of it ;)

Dunno how kde compliant sawfish is, but if it can run under kde, you could try to replace kwin with sawfish and use the best out of two worlds.

Yeah, I'm doing it now. I start sawfish first and execute startkde. It works perfectly except some shortcut conflict and sometimes the systrace doesn't work properly. So I come here and ask to see whether there is some similar thing I can do in `pure' KDE. ;) If there's no, I can still use sawfish+KDE. Thank you!
