KDE desktop menu bar and non-KDE apps

I use KDE's desktop menu bar similar to OS X and it works great with KDE apps. But non-KDE apps, such as Firefox, Azureus, etc. keep their menu in the window. What do I modify to get all (or more) apps using KDE's desktop menu bar?

Only applications that use kdelibs can use the kde menubar.
Firefox does not use anything of KDE, so it won't comply to the menu bar, no matter what you do.

As work around you can use konqueror in stead of firefox, ktorrent in stead of azureus, etc. etc.
