KDE Auto Start

Hi, how can I make KDE start firefox automatically whenever the computer is turned on?

Also, I would like to know how can I disable the user autentication screen, that is, how can I make KDE automatically log in with a standard user without prompting for the user name and password?

Thanks,
Komyg

Is there a way to disable the user autentication screen only with a console?

Thanks,
