Different Text/Font Size

Hi,

Some days ago i installed Kubuntu 6.10 (it's with KDE 3.5.5). It working pretty fine but i have a pretty strange problem with the Font/Text sizes.

I'm working on an HP NX 7000 Notebook with a scren resolution of 1650x1050. I installed the MSTTCOREFONTS Package and i'm using Verdana without anti-aliasing for Font/Text sizes from 7.0 - 8.0 pt.

The strange thing is that in some programs (like Amarok) all the text is displayed great - in other programs (like Kopete / Konquerer as Webbrowser) some Fonts/Texts are display slightly smaller (see Screenshot: http://altes-kind.de/data/kde-forum.org/…ize_problem.png).

How can i have the same Font/Text size for everything?
