Defaulti Icon set problem

i accidentally deleted the Crystal SVG set from the icon folder cuz i forgot that it was the default icon set for kde. Now i reinstalled it but its missing alot of icons particularly the kopete status icons and the adepts toolbar icons. Can anyone be of help with this problem.
