Display problem

Hi,

My problem is very weird. I am running suse linux 10.1 (kde 3.5.1)and everything was fine. Now, when I launch an application, I don't have the Title Bar(the one with the minimize, maximize and close button). I cannot move the window or type text in it but I can still click with the mouse and it's ok...

It's not only for one application... it's the same for every application. I tought it could be related to XGL even if it's not used so I uninstalled it...

Also if I use gnome instead... everything works fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

RE: Display problem

Smells like 'no window manager'. Make sure kwin or your other favourite window manager is running. Perhaps the installation is broken (kwin could crash for example), so re-installing the KDE packages might help.
