"sudo - kcontrol" and keyboard shortcuts

> sudo - kcontrol
creates an instance of kcontrol that configures keyboard shortcuts for root, not for the specific user. Since root is not login user (with X11 environment, etc.) in Debian, this is (likely) a useless config. Remember to execute
> kcontrol
with user privileges to configure personal keyboard shortcuts, or else . . . GOTTCHA!
