[kopete]Where change fps webcam rate in code ?

hi all

My webcam is SLooooooooooow when chatting or when I preview, fps rate is right.

I've read it's hardcoded in kopete source, and i'm going to compile SVN kopete version :

But, I can't find where it's coded.

Could you point me on it please ?
