reload (apply) kde config files?

hi!
i changed something in my
~/.kde/share/config/kdesktoprc

how can i reload/apply this configuration without a re-login or using kontrol center?

i'm looking for a program which needs NO x11 ... so a commandline-baded tool.

somthing like "rckde reload" ;)

thanks for all ideas :)

Hi,

Do you want to run a program in console mode ? If yes, you can do that by pushing the following keys on your keyboard in the same time : Ctrl ALt F1.
After that you are in console mode (you have to enter your login and password) and you can execute your program.
