Odd Kmail problem

Hello all,

We are using Kmail in our office, and sometimes when users send an email it won't automatically send from the outbox. It just sits there wait for it to be manually sent. Before anyone asks, all the settings in Kmail are correctly in place, and there are no server abnormalities. This is a problem that occurs without error and infrequently, but when it does happen its always at the worst time. So, has anyone else here had this happen to them, and if so, is there any advice at all for this little glitch?
