kmail 1.9.3 error uploading message

I just installed pclinuxos on my computer yesterday and even thu I am new to Linux I like it very much however, I am having a problem with my kmail 1.9.3 software I keep seeing this error message very often but not on all the messages I receive.

Error uploading message:
could not upload the message dated today......
with subject....... on the server
the destination folder was inbox, which has the URL
the error message from the server communication is here:
Mailbox Inbox cannot be appended to.

I have read thru the forums to possibly find a solution but have had no such luck. Would someone please tell me where I went wrong with my configuration.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
