kate RapidQ highlighter

I made a rapidq highlighter for kate (because I use it

)
I didn't knew where to put it , so I throw it here...

First, thank you for the contribution, I committed it in the KDE 4 repository (which you probably have seen in your mailbox by now).

But this forum is not really the right place for posting contributions, http://bugs.kde.org or the mailinglists at http://mail.kde.org are much more suitable.
