How to set the icon of a file (not all the ext.)

Hi,
As the title says I'd like to know how to create and assign an icon to a specific file.
I'm sure I could figure it out myself, but I really couldn't find anything
( everything was about changing the whole icon set of kde... )

Thanks a lot!

This is not possible, you can give folders specific icons or file types, but not specific files.

Thanks for the answer.
I hope it will be possible in future versions, if it doesn't steal too much memory.
