[kopete] notification bubble not showing in 0.11.3

Hi!

The notification bubble suddenly stopped working. I am not sure if my package manager downloaded some automatic upgrade.

The option dialog has "show bubble" activated, but nothing happens, even if kopete is minimized and no chat window is open. The icon in the tray flashes, but this is not as obvious as a notification bubble...
