Random freezing

I am getting some random freezing in KDE Pim. It is most noticeable when messages are being downloaded. After a while the system unfreezes and carries on as normal.

Any ideas what this might be and a solution?

Thanks

RE: Random freezing

My bet is you're dealing with KDE's most hated bug: 41514

Having looked at your link I suspect that is so. And no solution yet? Maybe this will get sorted in 3.5.5 ...

Nah, probably not.. the bug is really old and it probably will take some time to fix. If I'm right it requires a redesign for KMail.
