KDE On Screen Keyboard

this is a major accessibilty feature which kde lacks. gnome has one but it doesn't work in kde, and it's a piece of garbage which takes up half the screen and disables the actual keyboard. msoft actually did a really good job with this one. this feature is incredibly important for anyone who can't use a keyboard or who needs to be able to type using different characters (chinese, hebrew, arabic, etc.). i used to use this feature all the time and miss it terribly.

for any developers interested in ideas (i.e. what not to do) here's the gnome version: http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gap/AT/GOK/
