[Kopete] - Preventing icons displaying.

G'day everyone!... Hoping someone might know how to prevent those silly icons (not emoticons) which people send in chat from displaying in the window. I find that they really slow down Kopete unless I /clear the screen regularly. I'm using Kopete 0.11 because I'm using Gentoo stable and the latest Kopete is still currently masked along with a number of other KDE packages.

RE: [Kopete] - Preventing icons displaying.

In the MSN configuration, in the second tab, there's an option to disable the retrieval and sending of custom emoticons. I cannot check if it's in 0.11, I'm looking at the 0.12.2 release right now

RE: [Kopete] - Preventing icons displaying.

Thank you bram85. Kopete 0.11 does have the selection you mentioned.

Very much appreciated! :)
