[Kopete] webcam DOES work.

But I cannot send calls to anyone to send/receive webcam stream.
I can only receive webcam calls.

I found this webpage:

I don't have the Send Webcam option in the file menu as mentioned there, nor in the context menu of the contact.

Where is it?
