Konqueror KhtmlOpacity Support?

I am using Konqueror 3.3 and it does not support CSS3 opacity nor does it seem to support KhtmlOpacity (Konqueror's own version of CSS3's opacity).

I have searched the official Konqueror website and all I can find is a reference that CSS3 opacity is not supported.

Does anyone know if Konqueror 3.3 just has a bug involving KhtmlOpacity or has it been discontinued?

Does anyone know if upgrading to Konqueror 3.5.2 will fix this trouble with KhtmlOpacity?
