How can I execute a script when i plug in the portable audio player?

Hello!

I own an iriver ihp-140 and run rockbox with the rockscrobbler patch on it. It saves the list of the played songs in a file on the player. A script on the computer accesses that file and uploads the list of songs to last.fm.

What I would like now is to have kde mount the player plus execute the script when that very player is connected via USB.

So far the player is automatically recognized as a mass storage device and the familiar what-to-do-with-it-window pops up. Now I don't want to execute the script with every mass storage device I connect, just with that one player (which is by request mounted, by the way, as /mount/IHP100/).

In Gnome, there is a category of mass storage devices called "portable audio players" that can be used to do it, but KDE does not have this (too bad), only digital cameras and mass storage devices.

Any idea how to proceed? Thank you for your advice!
