.login not loaded by start of kDE

Hi,

I have the following problem

when I open a konsole and try to use some programs I get a message saying that some libaries are missing. However the path corresponding to this libaries is in my .login file.
Why this file is not loaded when KDE starts?

Thanks for help.

RE: .login not loaded by start of kDE

I don't know why KDE does not read .login, but you could call the .login script from ~/.bashrc (if you use bash).
