Help with rhgb file

In an effort to customize the boot up look of my Fedora Core 5 system I replaced /usr/share/rhgb/throbber-anim.png with one I put together from a animated gif of Tux bouncing up and down on the Earth. It works but for some reason I get more than one view of Tux doing this. I probably didn't correctly space the images apart in the file. so I was hoping someone who knew how to do something like this better than I did would help me out.

I will send the animated gif and the png file I created from it so that it can be looked at and I can get proper instruction on how to create the throbber-anim.png for rhgb.

TIA

RE: Help with rhgb file

I fail to see what's KDE related on this one. You should try to ask this at a more generic forum.
