Brother MFC-420CN Printer

Hello Everyone

I have a Brother MFC-420CN Printer and the problem I have is my black cartrige doesn't print . I'm at a lost as to what to do now, I have tryed new one's Refilling old ones nothing works. Has anyone had this problem.
