internet troubles

Ok im having some problems with my internet today all of a sudden its running so slow... i tried it on my windows box and i dont have any problems... my windows comp is wireless and this pc is onboard network... any suggestions? i have no idea where to start thanks!

I wonder if this is a KDE related problem, but is Konqueror the only Linux browser you've tested? Is Firefox slow as well?

ohh it wasnt just firefox/konquerer it was also torrent, news, kopete kept disconnecting.. i dunno what happened its been running fine sinec hten but ill post again if it happens again thanks!
