Migrating ms windows users to kde... Need some ideas guys!

I need a tool that can configure different types of Internet connections, like in ms windows. Let me explain you what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to migrate users from windows to linux, kubuntu(drapper is current stable, altough applications names from other distros will do fine, if there are any.). So i'm in search of a application that does the job.

If not that I need a list of applications that setup Internet connections for the most common Internet protocols. So I can write a quick Gui program so that the user quickly will endup with the right program.

I prefer GUI(qt), but anyother will do fine.

Thanks in advance
