Who to talk to about KDE Translucency

I would like to talk with the people in KDE developers responsible for the Translucency features. I have some issues I would like to discuss with them, particularly a feature idea. Does anyone know who these people are, and where I can go to talk with them? A forum? IRC channel? Thanks.

RE: Who to talk to about KDE Translucency

I don't know what their activity is on IRC, but #kde-devel is the developer's channel on the Freenode network (irc.kde.org).

From the top of my head I can't remember who implemented the composite stuff in KWin. So you could also lookup the copyrights in the source (kdebase/kwin).
