full metadata preview

on my desktop system running mandriva I have a nice preview of most/all metadata associated with a file by pointing at it. (like a tooltip), and I miss this on my fc5 laptop. is this a mandriva specific feature, or is it related to kde?

the tooltip of the video file foo.avi might look something like this:
