Personal settings missing

hi,

I had SuSE 10.0 installed with KDE 3.4.2. On an empty partition, I now installed SuSE 10.1 (there were specific reasons for not just upgrading the existing installation).

I copied all my home directory from the old installation to the new installation. Most of my personal settings (bookmarks, desktop icons, mail, etc) are there, but a few are missing, and I cannot find where they are on the old partition:

1. my address book (!)
2. a part of my desktop configuration (backgrounds, panels)

Another thing is, that Firefox works allright, except for the installed extensions. I see them in the extensions list, but they don't start.

Who can help?

Edwin

RE: Personal settings missing

Okay, found my addressbook back. It appeared that it was not copied or so, anyway, it had the wrong name, not std.vcf.

Also fixed the Firefox problem. The problem was in extensions.ini, that contained non-existing paths. In SuSE 10.1, Firefox moved from /opt to /usr/lib.

Still, my desktop settings are missing....
