Klipper - even more on clipboard

Wha I would like is an extension of klipper (which I like very much). A nice persistent window, that when I call will show me all kind of clipboard things. And I want not only the pictures and text selected, but even recent files I have opened, maybe even some variables in the console :), everything that an app is willling to give to the clipboard (maybe some apps should populate the clipboard more often).
The window should be persistent (is that the word?), not just a menu as in klipper, the things there should be like a piece of puzzle (not in the sense of hard to find though), when one wanted come find it there, they should be easy to sort by their type: file, picture, text, other types that may exist. I want to be able to drag them to my current document, maybe even select more of them and drag, if that makes sense in some situation (maybe like recently viewed pictures or movies for a list in a viewer/player).

Some sort of idea that makes some connection to the previous one:
Up to some point I would like a bookmarks and user rating system of used files and even clipboards to find them always easy, between sessions. Something not very complex, because that would move the idea in the filesystem area (ideas like winfs).
Enjoy
