Sure, but not in KOrganizer itself. You need to select this in the KDE Control Center, under Region & Accessibility->Country & Language. The 4th tab allows you to set it from Monday to Sunday.

Thanks - that's interesting - I actually did that some days ago, but it didn't change until today!
