Discussing improvements?

Is this a place to suggest and discuss improvements?

Or should I go straight to the bug tracker and post as `suggestion`:

At the moment I can either go through settings > mime
or I can right click a file, open with > other > `remember association` , but if I don't want that to be the main action ( like html editing ), I then have to go back and put it back. We need a sub-option of `make this the default application for this file type` as well as remember setting.

Thanks

Doesn't this cover that functionality?

Konqueror Settings menu > Configure Konqueror > File Associations
or
KControl > KDE Components > File Associations

You can also choose the priority/order of which apps would launch the file or the priority/order of the Embedded viewer parts.
