keyboard layouts - how to switch between by alt+shift

Hi,

I have installed KDE 3.5.3, but I am unable to find how to switch two keyboard layouts by pressing ALT+SHIFT (same as in Windows).

Also, I would like to enable using WINdows key for popping up K-Menu. Possible? How?

Please, do not send me information regarding XKBOptions and Scroll lock LED light, I am not interested in that outdated architecture.

I want to use KDE switching, so forget about recommending to edit xorg.conf. Thank you.
